Los Pueblos Summer Camp 2024

Singing Creek Educational Center, Cottage Grove, OR

This fun day camp is for Guatemalan children ages 6 – 11 in Cottage Grove and is funded by a grant from the Yarg Family Foundation and the Roundhouse Foundation. Logistical support is provided by the Cottage Grove Family Resource Center. Low income families receive this camp for free.

Kids will be learning about the history and culture of Guatemala and Mexico. Activities include cooking, music, dance, games, arts, movement and story time. Transportation and meals are provided. Our instructor is Janet Hernandez, a Latina mother and community member. Registration is handled through Janet. Please email us for more information.
