Take home a pint of giardiniera and some habanero hot sauce to finish fermenting at home. No previous fermentation experience necessary. Bring a clean wide-mouth pint jar with lid or and extra $1 to purchase from instructor.
This class is for adults and teens and takes place at the Snapp House in Cottage Grove on Tuesday Feb 18th, 6pm – 8pm. The class is part of the Singing Creek Educational Center’s Homestead Arts series. Please pre-register and pay online (not a drop-in class). Price includes a $2 materials fee.
