What fun we had during our visit with the 5th graders of Coburg Community Charter School! It was Singing Creek’s first Pond Study Aquatic Science field trip. Dip nets were loaned by our friends at WREN and the class was taught by Melanie Brown, a graduate of OSU in Water Resources Management. Melanie also wrote the curriculum for the class. Kids and parents loved it, we found all kinds of creatures and we are looking forward to sharing more fun science in other classes!
